Harley-Davidson Motorcycles Bar & Shield Eagle PUB LIGHT Sign Bar Man Cave Gift

This is a used Harley Davidson globe light. I think its supposed to rotate but I cant figure that part out. So Im guessing it does not work. But it does light up and at first it flashed so I tapped on it and then it stayed lit. It does have some slight cracking as you can see in the last picture I have zoomed in on it.

On the left side of the light you can see some dark spots on the DAVNI. Im not sure what those are but they could possibly be cleaned.

This comes with all the hardware to hang it up. It will hang exactly like it is shown in the pictures.
